Fast response time is guaranteed. Clients can create support tickets through our online system and they will immediately notify our support team. Most tickets are assigned and resolved – or troubleshooting begins – within 1 hour of submission. Most tickets that require further troubleshooting are resolved within 12 hours of its assignment.
